Mary Cushen is a Business owner, Wedding Planner and Coach who helps entrepreneurs with key business skills and wedding planning basics, giving their business the best possible chance of success.

Alongside Mary Cushen Wedding Industry Coach, Mary owns an award-winning wedding planning company. She started her wedding planning company in January 2017, going on to win her first industry award, The Wedding Industry Awards (TWIA) Wedding Planner of the Year (West Midlands), in November 2017. Before starting her business, Mary worked in Projects; focusing on project management, business analysis and finance for over ten years. As a result, she is able to provide advice and coaching in a unique way. Mary has trained and coached many people over the past twenty years in various subjects and industries but has found helping people get the basics right, is the most rewarding, especially in the wedding industry.

Mary Cushen loves to help people achieve their goals and, for that reason, became a wedding industry coach. She helps her clients to establish a good understanding of their business idea, the reasons behind their decisions and how to strengthen their relationships so they can work through any situation while building their passion. As a trained train the trainer, she appreciates no single approach is right one for every individual. Therefore, she developed several options based on her experiences including closed online communities, online training, group sessions and personal, one-to-one coaching.

Above all, Mary enjoys spending time with her family, walks along the river and travel. Her favourite places to date are Dominican Republic and Scotland. Mary certainly keeps busy. With owning and running two companies along with young twins, Mary therefore plans her time carefully to ensure a good work-life balance. Time blocking is key!
